Willow Springs Emu Oil is committed to providing the highest possible level of service and commitment to our customers. We feel it is essential to provide our customers with a high quality effective product that they will want to purchase again and again.
Published online prices do not include shipping, taxes or import charges (where applicable).
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Canadian destination orders pay GST or HST depending on the province.
There are no taxes applied to US destination orders. There may be a Country tax attached to some International Countries.
Due to the volatility of the Canadian dollar, prices are subject to change without notice.

Handling, Shipping and Delivery Times:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of the order. Completed orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post using real time rates based on the weight & packed parcel size and destination of the order.
No handling fee is charged.
Within Canada: by Expedited Parcel, 5-7 business days delivery time or Xpresspost ( 2-4 business days delivery )
USA: by Tracked Packet USA for orders under 1 Kg. in weight. 6-9 business days delivery. Greater than 1 Kg by Expedited Parcel Post (surface mail) 10-14 business days delivery time (this may vary with the US Customs) or Expresspost USA depending on the customer’s choose.
International: Small Packet International Air for orders under 2 Kg . Greater than 2 Kg orders by International Parcel Air, Tracked Packet International or Xpresspost International , depending on the receiving Country. 10-21 business days delivery times.
Please note: that during busy delivery times (holiday season etc.) your shipment may take slightly longer to arrive. In the unlikely event that the shipping charge quoted on this site is inadequate, we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge to cover our costs. You will be notified before any adjustment is made.
30 Day Guarantee & Returns:
We are committed to providing you with the best quality service and products! All our products have a 30-day guarantee, if you purchased the products from us. If you purchase our products from a store or distributor, you must return the product to them for a refund.
Unused and re-sellable products: If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 30 days of the date of your Sales Receipt/Invoice along with the original Receipt and packaging. Shipping & Handling charges are NOT refundable. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking fee, within 15 days. Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made i.e. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa.
Opened products: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchase, then you will be credited at 50% of the purchase price. If more than 1/3 of the product has been used, a refund will not be granted. (Excluding the 1 litre size of Whole Emu Oil – no refund is available). Once we receive the package, a determination of refund amount will be made. Freight charges are excluded from refunds.
Damaged Goods: All orders should be checked carefully on receipt and any goods damaged in-transit reported to Willow Springs Emu Oil within 48 hours of receipt of shipment as damaged or missing item claims must be made with the carrier within 7 days of delivery date. Carefully verify the extent of the damage, photograph (if possible) and keep all packing materials and box intact, then notify Willow Springs Emu Oil and the shipping carrier immediately. New items will be shipped to you as soon as damaged items have been verified by Willow Springs Emu Oil. You must retain the original packing materials until the claim is resolved. If you discard the damaged goods, we cannot process a refund or credit.

By entering this Site, you accept and are bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation, qualification or change. You represent that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions at all times while using the Site. If at any time you determine that you do not accept all of these Terms and conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and destroy all materials and copies of materials obtained from the Site. You may not use this Site in any way that involves a failure to abide by any Term or Condition. These Terms and Conditions apply to all propriety pages, images, text, programs, and other material available throughout this Site.
